Skillfully handling adversity is a matter of meditating on the Word, speaking it, and doing what it says. Scripture’s strategy for overcoming opposition is to work the Word. We can’t just recall Scriptures; they must be in our hearts in abundance! Don’t talk about problems, pout, or give up, but instead work the Word! Faith in His promises isn’t measured by our feelings or senses but by doing what the Word says! This is our victory!
